Job summary

Shore360 in the Philippines (Clark Office) is seeking a billing analyst and accounts support to ensure accurate and timely invoice reconciliation and customer billing. The role focuses on reconciling carrier invoices to ensure charges are correct first time and supporting cross-functional teams.

You should be detail‑oriented and process-driven, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in Excel, Xero/MYOB, and ERP systems, and readiness to liaise with account managers on billing

Qualifications

• Accounts and accounting knowledge.
• Ability to interpret and manipulate large data sets.
• Reconciliation skills.
• Interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence customers' outcomes, i.e., invoice payments.

Responsibilities

• Timely & accurate carrier invoice & statement reconciliation according to agreed rate cards.
• Negotiation with suppliers for credits.
• Ensuring margin adherence.
• Timely resolution of customer and carrier account queries via HubSpot.
• Generation of customer invoices.
• Liaise with Account Managers regarding billing queries.
• Support the Accounts Team with duties as directed.
• Support the broader team to help ensure overall business objectives are met.
