Job summary

CBRE BOE Enterprise is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to deliver a positive office experience as a cultural ambassador, community advocate, and service leader. The role sits within the Workplace Experience function, creating and maintaining exceptional environments for clients.

You will coordinate Workplace Services, greet employees and visitors, manage space, and support vendors and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality or business administration.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Customer service experience, with a focus on office environments.
• Able to respond calmly in emergencies and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provides coordination and support for delivery of Workplace Services.
• Greets employees and announces clients and visitors.
• Maintains workspace awareness and submits maintenance requests when needed.
• Responds promptly to customer requests and complaints with accurate information.
• Follows security and emergency procedures for the property.
• Supports Experience Services team, including expense management and meeting coordination.
• Maintains vendor documentation in place and collaborates with service providers.
• Assists with other tasks as assigned.
