Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in behavioral health intake, strong communication skills, and experience with SimplePractice, Grasshopper, Go High Level, or TherapyFlow. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in behavioral health intake, scheduling, lead gen, insurance verification or related.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Experience with listed EHR/CRM tools is highly preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to learn new software independently.
• High attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls from prospective clients seeking mental health services.
• Provide compassionate, professional support during initial interactions.
• Match clients with therapists based on availability and needs.
• Schedule initial therapy appointments and coordinate calendars.
