ClearDesk is hiring a Bilingual Intake and Referral Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patient referrals and inquiries. You will verify eligibility, coordinate authorizations, and schedule intake with nurses and field staff in a US time zone schedule.

With 60-70% of patients Spanish-speaking, your bilingual skills are central to service quality. You’ll thrive on structure, escalate issues promptly, and help ensure referrals are processed accurately in a remote, team-based

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written skills.
• Excellent organizational and triage abilities for referrals.
• Willing to work in US time zones and have required tech setup.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for incoming patient referrals and inquiries.
• Answer and manage calls from current and prospective members.
• Triage referrals to determine documentation and eligibility.
• Verify patient eligibility and ensure proper authorization is in place.
• Coordinate with authorization team to keep workflow running smoothly.
• Schedule intake appointments with nurses and field staff.
• Maintain organized records and follow established workflows.
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking patients warmly and professionally.
