Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email and case management platforms.
• Resolve import/export cases and manage documents (invoices, BLs, shipment docs).
• Prioritize workload to meet turnaround time and productivity targets.
• Document actions and maintain complete case records.
• Collaborate with Mexico-based teams and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
