Maersk is hiring in Pasig for a bilingual logistics customer service associate who handles invoicing, import/export docs, and delivery support. You will interact with stakeholders in Spanish and English and ensure accurate, timely processing.

With 1–2 years in logistics or a BPO, you’ll use SAP and Maersk systems to manage receipts, cargo releases, and issue resolution. Night shifts and weekend rotations may apply. We offer a global, inclusive workplace and opportunities to grow.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in any course; college undergrad acceptable.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, verbal and written.
• 1–2 years in Logistics/Shipping/Customer Service in a BPO or similar.
• Knowledge of SAP and Maersk systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work permanent night shift and weekend shifts when needed.

• Handle counter tasks for Chile.
• Communicate in Spanish and English with stakeholders.
• Be detail‑oriented and multitask; manage invoicing and payment collection.
• Resolve daily issues via email and chat per IOPs; ensure service quality.
• Handle receipts, invoices, cargo release, and payment validation.
• Prepare export/import documents and submit timely to stakeholders including OBL.
• May perform root cause analyses and train new hires.
• Commit to accuracy, timeliness and compliance with procedures.
