Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong verbal and written skills.
• Able to manage multiple active loans and tasks.
• Strong customer service and clear explanations over the phone.
• Experience gathering and tracking loan documentation.
• Ability to protect sensitive customer information and data privacy.
• Strong written notes and contact logs.
• Problem solving and escalation when needed.
• Familiar with process-driven environments and queue management.
• Licensing or registration requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the loan process from conditional to final underwriting approval.
• Provide updates to customers after key milestones and set expectations.
• Review loan conditions and request outstanding documentation.
• Explain loan terms, conditions, programs, and fees clearly.
• Obtain required information from customers to complete action items.
• Update loan status and logs in the processing system.
• Address questions and escalate issues when needed.
• Escalate risks or complex cases per procedures.
• Prioritize daily work to meet SLAs.
