Job summary

You will communicate conditions clearly and keep accurate updates in our loan processing system. You will collaborate with home lending advisors, underwriting, and closing teams, handling document requests, reviewing conditions, and providing proactive, customer-friendly explanations to help borrowers move toward

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the loan process from conditional approval through final underwriting approval.
• Contact customers after conditional and final approvals to provide updates and set expectations.
• Review loan conditions and request outstanding documentation for timely underwriting decisions.
• Explain loan terms, conditions, programs, and fees clearly to customers.
• Obtain required information and documentation from customers to complete action items.
• Update loan status and contact logs in the processing system.
• Address customer questions and concerns promptly, involving the lending partner as needed.
• Escalate risks or complex cases following defined procedures.
• Prioritize daily work to meet service level and quality expectations.
