Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the Philippines is seeking a Spanish bilingual Mortgage Processor II within Mortgage Operations.

You will guide customers through HELOC and refinance loan processes from conditional approval through final underwriting, providing updates, explaining requirements, and maintaining precise records in the loan system. You will partner with internal teams, handle high-volume processing, and deliver a smooth end-to-end experience while upholding data privacy and regulatory

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to manage multiple active loans and tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Experience gathering, reviewing, and tracking documentation with attention to detail.
• Strong written notes and contact logs documenting customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the loan process from conditional approval to final underwriting approval.
• Contact customers after conditional approval and at key points to provide updates and set expectations.
• Review loan conditions and request outstanding documentation to support underwriting decisions.
• Explain loan terms, conditions, programs, and fees clearly and respectfully to customers.
• Obtain required information and documentation to complete action items.
• Update loan status, customer details, and communications in the processing system.
• Address customer questions and concerns promptly, escalating when needed.
• Prioritize daily work to meet service level and quality expectations.
• Escalate risks or complex cases following defined procedures.
