J-K Netwok Services in Biñan, Laguna, is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Accounts Payable Analyst for a hybrids setup on a dayshift schedule. The role requires 3+ years in AP and proficiency in Mandarin and English, with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• At least 3 years in Accounts Payable or Procure to Pay.
• Experience with S2P is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily supplier invoices processing, validation and posting.
• Match invoices with POs and GRs for accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate discrepancies and respond to supplier inquiries.
• Review and reconcile supplier accounts and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Identify process improvements to streamline invoice processing and financial workflows.
