J-K Netwok Services in the Philippines is seeking a Mandarin Accounts Payable Analyst for its Biñan, Laguna office. The role is dayshift, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid setup and a salary range of PHP 85,000 to 100,000.

Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese fluent in Mandarin and English, the position offers a comprehensive benefits package including meal allowance, medical and dental, 13th month pay, performance bonuses, and transportation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• At least 3 years in Accounts Payable/Procure to Pay or Invoice Management.
• S2P experience is a big plus.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud or SAP ERP.

Responsibilities

• Process daily supplier invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
• Match invoices with POs and GRs for accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and respond to supplier inquiries.
• Review supplier accounts and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Support process improvements in invoicing workflows.
