Job summary

You will coordinate requests with internal delivery, operations, and support teams, capture notes, and communicate updates clearly. JLPT N1 is preferred; strong Japanese and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• JLPT N1 preferred; N2/N3 minimum.
• 5+ years experience.
• Strong Japanese reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
• Good English communication.
• Understanding Japanese business etiquette.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with Japanese clients or teams is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for assigned customers.
• Coordinate requests with internal delivery, operations, and support teams.
• Track customer issues, actions, and commitments in approved systems.
• Monitor service activities and follow up on open items.
• Prepare customer updates, summaries, and status communications.
• Support customer meetings with notes, actions, and next steps.
• Escalate recurring issues using defined processes.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction through accuracy and responsiveness.
