Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar IT/tech role.
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English.
• Experience working with Japanese clients or in multicultural teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage systems data for clients and provide day-to-day solutions and security compliance.
• Oversee a queue of assignments and prioritize tickets for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with technicians and stakeholders to identify and prevent issues.
• Contribute to modernization efforts and cross-team knowledge sharing.
