Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a customer relationship-oriented IT professional in the Philippines to analyze problems, document workflows, and implement solutions across diverse IT environments. The role spans hands-on troubleshooting and strategic IT planning, with opportunities to work on multiple platforms and engage clients directly.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in IT, fluent Japanese and English, and experience with SCRUM or project management.

Qualifications

At least 6 years of experience in a similar IT/tech role.
Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) and English, both written and verbal.
Proficient in IT systems, networks, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
Experience handling client communication and negotiations.
Hands-on experience with SCRUM or project management.
Familiarity with cloud technologies, databases, or programming languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze problems and tech issues, provide solutions, and test, modify, automate, and integrate systems.
Contribute to long-range IT infrastructure planning and operational execution.
Engage with clients to manage expectations and timelines; identify risks early.
Collaborate across teams to ensure successful handoffs and project delivery.
