Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a customer relationship-oriented IT professional in the Philippines to analyze problems, document workflows, and implement solutions across diverse IT environments. The role spans hands-on troubleshooting and strategic IT planning, with opportunities to work on multiple platforms and engage clients directly.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in IT, fluent Japanese and English, and experience with SCRUM or project management.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in a similar IT/tech role.
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) and English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in IT systems, networks, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
• Experience handling client communication and negotiations.
• Hands-on experience with SCRUM or project management.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, databases, or programming languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze problems and tech issues, provide solutions, and test, modify, automate, and integrate systems.
• Contribute to long-range IT infrastructure planning and operational execution.
• Engage with clients to manage expectations and timelines; identify risks early.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure successful handoffs and project delivery.
