Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned customers for non-technical, relationship-based interactions
• Coordinate customer requests with internal delivery, operations, and support teams to ensure timely responses
• Track customer issues, actions, and commitments using approved systems and tools
• Monitor service activities and follow up on open items to closure
• Prepare customer updates, summaries, and status communications using clear and consistent language
• Support customer meetings by capturing notes, actions, and next steps
• Identify patterns in customer inquiries and elevate recurring issues using defined processes
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and follow‑through
