Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years HR experience supporting North America.
• Minimum B2-level Spanish proficiency (written and verbal).
• Experience with ServiceNow and Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 HR Shared Services support to employees and managers across North America.
• Respond to inquiries related to onboarding, benefits, payroll, compensation, and systems.
• Deliver customer service through phone, chat, and HR case platforms.
• Resolve inquiries in line with policies, procedures, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and positive experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation across HR systems and tools.
