Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Manila is seeking a People Services Advisor - Spanish bilingual to support North America colleagues during night shifts. You will be the frontline contact handling HR inquiries across benefits, payroll, onboarding, and HR systems.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent service via phone/chat, guiding employees through lifecycle events, resolving requests per SLAs, and coordinating with internal teams. Fluency in Spanish and solid HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years HR experience supporting a North America population in a large org.
• Minimum B2 Spanish proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience with ServiceNow and Workday preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 HR Shared Services support to employees and managers across North America.
• Respond to inquiries related to onboarding, benefits, payroll, compensation, HR systems and processes.
• Deliver excellent service through phone, chat and HR case management platforms.
• Resolve inquiries accurately per policies, procedures and SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation across HR systems and tools.
