Responsibilities

• Manage highly critical Workforce Ready transactions and activities.
• Serve as first level escalation for SL misses or operational challenges.
• Identify candidates against open roles and coordinate advertising, pre-screening, and scheduling.
• Prepare offer letters and facilitate pre-onboarding and Day 1 onboarding.
• Support movements related to open job roles and boarding steps in SuccessFactors ATS.
• Coordinate case resolution with HR Operations teams and communicate with customers.
• Contribute to process improvements and assist the team with workload.
