Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment and HR.
• Experience hiring in the US market.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and talent sourcing: assist with writing job ads, posting on ATS platforms, source, attract top talent through various channels.
• Candidate screening: review applications, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications.
• Setup interviews: email candidates to schedule and coordinate interviews at various locations.
• Follow-up after interviews with candidates and clients and provide feedback to management.
• HR support: provide administrative support to HR consultants, including maintaining employee records.
• Compliance: stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure all HR processes are compliant.
• Administrative support: assist with formatting handbooks, templates, forms, etc.
• Filing and organizing: organize employee files and update spreadsheets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
