Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the Philippines is seeking an entry-level People Services Advisor for North America to be the frontline contact for employee inquiries across Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, and related functions, prioritizing Spanish speakers while supporting English-speaking staff.

You will deliver Tier 1 shared services, advise on standard HR procedures, and manage the employee life cycle from hire to retire, collaborating with managers and teams to ensure timely, accurate support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum B2 level Spanish.
• 2+ years of professional or related experience with sensitive information.
• Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front-line point of contact for employee inquiries covering Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, HRIS, and related functions.
• Provide Tier 1 shared services for HR inquiries.
• Manage the employee life cycle from hire to retire across platforms.
• Respond to standard HR procedures questions to support Managers and Employees.
• Deliver high-level customer service to internal and external clients across all levels.
