Job summary

HelloFresh in the Philippines seeks a Customer Care Specialist – French Bilingual to join a dynamic team at BGC, Taguig. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering courteous service and solving inquiries across channels.

You will actively promote HelloFresh products and collaborate with team leaders to meet KPIs. We value adaptability and a customer-first mindset; onsite presence is required in BGC/Taguig with support for growth within a global BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English; excellent verbal and written communication.
• Minimum 6 months of Customer Service or BPO experience is preferred.
• Onsite work in BGC, Taguig City; Bridgetowne, Quezon City also mentioned.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers across channels.
• Provide courteous, efficient service and resolve inquiries.
• Promote HelloFresh products and benefits during interactions.
• Investigate and resolve complaints; contribute to KPIs.
• Document issues and suggest process improvements.
• Support internal projects and reflect HelloFresh brand positively.
