Job summary

Hellofresh is seeking a Customer Care Specialist (Blended) to join HelloConnect in Palawan, Philippines, delivering excellent customer experiences across email and calls and supporting clients to grow their business.

The role welcomes candidates with at least 1 year in CSR/BPO, familiarity with e-commerce and Freshdesk, and a flexible schedule, along with strong email communication, positivity, integrity, and a willingness to learn about craft beer or wine.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service/BPO (Voice and Email).
• E-commerce, Freshdesk and Subscription experiences are a PLUS.
• Flexible with schedule.
• Excellent email communication and strong CS skills.
• Positive energy and can-do attitude.
• High integrity and diligence.
• Passion for craft beer and/or wine (or willingness to learn).

Responsibilities

• Create happy customers through exceptional service.
• Provide outstanding service to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
