Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior AMS Field Enablement Activation Partner (Bilingual English/Spanish) to accelerate enablement in the Americas from a remote base in Mexico. You will collaborate with sales leaders and customer-facing teams to drive adoption of global enablement programs and translate field insights into actionable programs.

You will lead instructor-led trainings, workshops, and onboarding in both English and Spanish, measure program adoption, and travel across the Americas to energize

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish; able to train and present in both languages.
• 3–5 years in quota-carrying sales; direct enterprise sales experience required.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led training and enablement programs.
• Certification in MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, SPICED, ValueSelling, or similar.
• Experience translating field insights into global enablement programs.
• 10+ years of total professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary field activation partner for Americas sales leaders and teams.
• Facilitate training, workshops, onboarding, and activations in English and Spanish.
• Translate global enablement programs into actionable field experiences.
• Identify business priorities and performance gaps with field leaders.
• Measure adoption and business impact to refine enablement strategies.
• Travel throughout the Americas to support field teams.
