Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Administrative Support.
• 1+ year in a mentoring, team lead, or project coordination capacity.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to analyze trends and report on team performance.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams or in a remote setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 5–10 sales process administrators.
• Monitor daily workload, ticket volume, and service levels.
• Support team development and knowledge-sharing across process areas.
• Partner with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams to resolve blockers.
• Identify training needs and coordinate onboarding of new team members.
• Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, high-performing team.
