Job summary

VXI Global Holdings B.V. (Philippines) is seeking candidates for an on-site Indonesian-speaking customer service role in Metro Manila. You will work in a fast-paced call center, addressing account inquiries and building customer relationships on every call.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with Indonesia language fluency and outbound sales experience preferred. This position requires a fixed graveyard shift and strong attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia: speaking and writing
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (college undergraduate or HS variants)
• Outbound sales experience preferred
• Amenable to fixed graveyard shift
• Amenable to work onsite

Responsibilities

• Works in a fast-paced, structured call center environment
• Delivers extraordinary customer care by responding to customer questions concerning their accounts
• Grows and nurtures customer relationships on each and every call that results in measurable customer value
• Documents necessary account information and offer solutions that benefit the customer
• Maintains acceptable performance standards, including effectiveness, efficiency and quality
• Upholds the client policies (call handing, password, security, systems, and confidentiality, etc.)
• Supports and adheres to company policies, requirements, and expectations
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
