Job summary

Ihg, L.c. is seeking a Coordinator for the Instant Service Center in the Philippines. You will execute daily transactional tasks including mailbox management, phone support, processing guest reservations, and handling group and sales block rooming lists using corporate systems.

You will work hybrid (2-3 days onsite), with graveyard shift synced to the AMER region. A Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of hospitality/customer service experience are required; Opera experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, Education, or related field.
• At least 1 year of progressive guest-service or reservation experience.
• Must have clear, concise English communication; professional in emergencies.
• Experience with Opera or reservation systems is a plus.
• Willing to work a hybrid schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily transactional tasks with accuracy, including mailbox management, phone support, and reservations processing.
• Support partnered properties and ensure timely, reliable service.
• Initiate outbound outreach to clarify details and resolve issues.
• Escalate complex tasks to management promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partner hotels to improve workflows.
• Identify and report system or tool issues to minimize disruptions.
• Communicate outstanding requests and service gaps to corporate leaders and hotel management.
• Foster teamwork with Instant Service Center colleagues and enrolled hotel departments.
• Perform additional duties and participate in special projects.
