Be ready to maintain high quality, follow security policies, and stay punctual in a fixed graveyard shift onsite. Ideal candidates have Bahasa Malay fluency, a relevant degree, and, preferably, outbound sales experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Bahasa Malay (speaking and writing) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; college undergraduate or high school graduates considered.
• Outbound sales experience preferred.
• Willing to work a fixed graveyard shift schedule onsite in the Philippines.
• Eligibility to work in the Philippines and valid passport for foreign nationals.

Responsibilities

• Works in a fast-paced, structured call center environment.
• Delivers customer care by answering questions about customer accounts.
• Grows and nurtures customer relationships on each call to drive value.
• Documents account information and offers helpful solutions.
