VXI Global Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Care Specialist fluent in Vietnamese to respond to customer questions about their accounts and to build strong relationships on every call.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent qualification), on-site work, and eligibility to work in the Philippines. Candidates should be prepared for a fixed graveyard shift, and must hold a valid passport with at least one year before expiry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (or equivalent)
• Fluent in Vietnamese (speaking and writing) is required
• Willingness to work onsite and in fixed graveyard shift
• Eligibility to work in the Philippines and a valid passport required

Responsabilités

• Delivers extraordinary customer care by responding to customer questions concerning their accounts
• Documents necessary account information and offers solutions that benefit the customer
• Maintains acceptable performance standards, including effectiveness, efficiency and quality
• Upholds client policies (call handling, password, security, systems, and confidentiality, etc.)
• Supports and adheres to company policies, requirements, and expectations
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
