VXI Global Holdings B.V. (Philippines) is seeking a Thai-speaking Customer Service Associate to join a fast-paced call center in Manila on a fixed graveyard shift.

You will respond to customer questions about their accounts and deliver exceptional care while building relationships on every call. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with alternatives including college undergraduate or senior high school.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Thai: speaking and writing.
• Completed bachelor’s degree in any field. Also open to: College undergraduate; Senior High School; High School (old curriculum).
• Preferably with outbound sales experience.
• Amenable to work in fixed graveyard shift schedule.
• Amenable to work onsite.
• For foreign nationals: Must have eligibility to work in the Philippines; must hold a tourist visa; if previously employed with 9G visa, downgrade to Tourist visa; passport valid at least 1 year before expiry.

• Delivers extraordinary customer care by responding to customer questions concerning their accounts
• Grows and nurtures customer relationships on each and every call that results in measurable customer value
• Documents necessary account information and offer solutions that benefit the customer
• Maintains acceptable performance standards, including effectiveness, efficiency and quality.
• Upholds the client policies (call handling, password, security, systems, and confidentiality, etc.)
• Supports and adheres to company policies, requirements, and expectations
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
