Job summary

Mace is seeking a Bid Lead to develop and deliver winning bid strategies, shaping value propositions and pursuing plans. You will drive programmes, manage timelines and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality submissions and materials.

You will facilitate workshops, build strong relationships with clients, consultants and SMEs, and champion continuous improvement and sustainability, including Mace’s net zero ambitions. Hybrid work options are available where suitable.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified with APMP accreditation or equivalent professional credentials.
• Strong bid leadership, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
• Excellent written communication, content development and quality assurance capability.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, bid management and collaboration platforms.
