Job summary

Mace, a global construction and consultancy firm, seeks a Senior Category Lead in Metro Manila to drive category management, lead tender activities and strengthen client and stakeholder relationships for strategic outcomes.

You will develop high-performing teams, provide market insights and guide procurement excellence to deliver measurable value across infrastructure projects, while fostering safety, integrity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer or equivalent certification issued by the relevant regulatory authority.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• Relevant training in the respective field or position preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
• Preferably 10 years of similar experience in infrastructure projects.
• Advanced knowledge of the construction sector and market environment.
• Proven track record delivering high-value, complex procurement and tendering activities.
• Experience working within a main contractor environment, supporting successful project delivery.
