Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer or equivalent professional qualification.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
• 10 years' experience managing buildings infrastructure projects of a similar scale and complexity.
• Proven success delivering major programmes across the full project lifecycle.
• Expertise in programme governance, risk management and commercial control.
• Strong leadership capability and building high-performing teams.
• Established client and stakeholder networks.

Purpose

You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll Need To Have

• Licensed Civil Engineer, or equivalent professional licence/certification recognised by the relevant national authority.
• Preferably holds a Master’s degree in a related discipline.
• Preferably completed relevant training in contract management.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
• Preferably 10 years' experience managing buildings infrastructure projects of a similar scale and complexity.
• Proven success delivering major programmes across the full project lifecycle.
• Expertise in programme governance, risk management and commercial control.
• Strong leadership capability, building and leading high-performing teams.
• Advanced knowledge of construction, infrastructure and property sectors.
• Established client and stakeholder networks with excellent relationship management skills.
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification and experience.
