Job summary

Mace is seeking an experienced professional to lead MEP construction delivery in the Philippines, ensuring alignment with our standards and programme objectives. You will manage safety, quality and site performance while coordinating with clients and project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has strong MEP delivery expertise, proven experience leading complex projects, and excellent communication and leadership skills, with flexibility for hybrid working arrangements.

You’ll Need To Have

• Proven MEP delivery expertise with strong technical, planning, quality, and commissioning knowledge.
• Experience leading complex projects, driving safety, performance, and consistent standards.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaborative leadership skills.
• Relevant engineering or construction qualification, professional accreditation, and SMSTS/CSCS certification.
