Job summary

Mace is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager in Manila to lead cost and commercial management services across projects. You will report to the operations director - commercial and serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring high-quality deliverables and alignment with project goals.

You will guide senior team leaders, review reports, and drive improvements while promoting an inclusive workplace aligned with Mace values.

Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying or equivalent.
• Chartered or progressing toward RICS accreditation.
• Strong commercial, financial, and contract management capability across pre- and post-contract stages.

The Project

The senior commercial manager is responsible for the overall management and delivery of cost and commercial management services. He/she directly reports to the operations director - commercial.

He/She is the lead client liaison responsible for assisting the client in all projects related matters and ensure the highest quality and standard of services and deliverables. Provides leadership and participates in activities that promote workplace diversity and positive employee relations environment.

You’ll Also Have
