• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent.
• Proficient in commercial reporting, P&L analysis, and MS Office.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial management and administration of subcontract packages.
• Assist procurement activities for subcontract packages, materials, and suppliers.
• Maintain commercial controls, including client and subcontract change management.
• Contribute to risk, opportunity, and performance reporting.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Supports commercial management and administration of subcontract packages to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assists procurement activities for subcontract packages, materials, and supplier engagement.
• Maintains commercial controls, including client and subcontract change management processes.
• Contributes to risk, opportunity, and performance reporting to support informed decision-making.
• Assists in mitigating commercial risks and safeguarding project value and margin performance.
• Collaborates across multidisciplinary teams, supporting net zero carbon objectives through proactive carbon reduction and sustainable delivery practices.

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in commercial reporting, profit and loss analysis, and MS Office tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative working across multidisciplinary teams.
• Working towards RICS accreditation; CSCS card preferred.
