Job summary

Mace in Makati is seeking a Bid Manager to lead the delivery of bids and proposals, translating win strategies into compelling, error-free documents and presentations, project managing activity through department bid plans and escalating risk as required.

You’ll lead and contribute to improvement activities to enhance Mace's ability to win work, with a focus on high-quality, compliant submissions and cross-team collaboration, in a hybrid working setup where applicable.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent qualification.
• Strong organisational and project management capability.
• Excellent written English and ability to develop compelling, accurate bid content.
• Proven ability to lead, influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Analyses tender documentation and coordinates clarifications to ensure compliance and quality.
• Oversees content development, ensuring consistent, high-quality submissions aligned with brand standards.
• Drives continuous improvement, sharing best practice and contributing to enhanced work winning capability.

The project:

Plans and leads the delivery of bids and proposals, following the Mace bid process, to high quality and accurate tender responses in line with the company’s brand, position and processes. Translates win strategies and business objectives into smart, compelling, consistent, customer-focused, error-free documents and presentations, project managing activity through department bid plans and escalating risk to bid leader/board where required. Bid manager leads and contributes to improvement activities and projects that improve Mace's ability to win work as directed by their line manager.

You’ll be responsible for:
