Job summary

Mace Group in Makati is seeking a project delivery leader to steer projects from planning through completion, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors, oversee procurement and change management, and champion health, safety and continuous improvement across project teams with hybrid work where suitable.

Qualifications

• Relevant project management, construction or engineering qualification.
• Experience delivering projects within the consultancy, construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, commercial controls and project delivery.
• Professional membership (or working towards) and CSCS accreditation.

• Managing programme, budget, risk and project controls to achieve key performance objectives.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships and driving collaboration across clients, consultants and contractors.
• Overseeing procurement, contract administration and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Championing Mace's safety-first culture, quality standards and responsible business priorities.
• Supporting project delivery from planning through handover while driving continuous improvement and best practice.

Purpose

Responsible for leading projects to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality requirements. Guides and coordinates with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing day to day management and leadership of the project and the project team.

Delivers internal fee expectations (where appropriate) together with appropriate risk mitigation and change management.
