Fresha is hiring a Business Development Manager for Manila. You will own end-to-end sales, build a robust pipeline, and close deals with beauty and wellness clients.

You’ll collaborate with the Commercial team and Partners to drive local growth and deliver a seamless customer journey. You will report to the Philippines Business Development Team Lead and play a key role in expanding Fresha’s presence in Southeast Asia, with the opportunity to shape strategy and scale with a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.
• Proactive mindset to generate opportunities beyond inbound leads.
• Strong commercial judgment to map client needs to Fresha solutions.
• Resilient, coachable and results-driven in a target-led environment.

Responsabilités

• Win new business by achieving sales targets and onboarding new Fresha customers.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline through in-person visits, calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to discovery, product demos, negotiation and close.
• Understand each prospect's business goals and demonstrate Fresha solutions to meet them.
• Maintain a disciplined CRM with up-to-date activity and outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
