Job summary

Sanibeaute, a Philippines-based HOCl facial spray brand, is seeking an E-commerce & Marketing Manager. You will own GMV targets, manage a 5–8 person marketing/e-commerce team, and drive revenue across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada with data-driven decisions. Lead affiliates, live selling, and paid ads to scale the brand.

You will report to the Marketing Executive weekly and collaborate closely with the Founder, ensuring content, promotions, and campaigns deliver strong ROAS and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing an e-commerce Cosmetics/Beauty & Skincare brand on TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Lazada.
• Proven track record of growing a brand to ₱3M+/month in GMV.
• Hands-on experience running TikTok Ads and/or Meta Ads with measurable ROAS results.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, creator ecosystems, and live selling dynamics.
• Data-driven — comfortable reading dashboards, building reports, and making decisions from numbers.
• Leadership experience — has managed or mentored at least 2–3 people.
• Excellent communication skills in Filipino and English.

Responsibilities

• Own GMV targets across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada with a monthly plan and milestones.
• Lead a team of 5–8 people, providing guidance and accountability.
• Plan and optimize paid ad campaigns across TikTok Ads and Meta Ads.
• Oversee live selling scheduling, hosts, and conversion tactics.
• Guide content & social media direction, ensuring alignment with promos and brand.
• Monitor channel performance, report weekly to the Founder, and identify growth opportunities.
• Represent brand in creator/partner meetings as required.
