Qualifications

• Experience working in the Beauty & Wellness sector or a start-up/scale-up tech company.
• Ability to identify problems and opportunities.
• Self-starter with a highly proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Guide and train partners on the Fresha platform.
• Track project timelines and record correspondence.
• Provide quality assurance during the onboarding process.
• Create and share training materials for partners.
• Support partners through banking and KYC processes.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
