Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join TP McKinley in Taguig City, Metro Manila. The role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights to drive strategic decisions and operational excellence.

You will design dashboards, run ETL processes, and partner with stakeholders across departments to translate requirements into scalable data solutions. Proficiency with Power BI/Tableau/Looker and strong SQL are essential, with Python/R being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Data Science/Math/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years as BI/Business Analyst or similar in ICT sector.
• Proficiency with BI and data viz tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
• Strong SQL and data warehousing/ETL knowledge.
• Experience with Python, R is advantageous.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GC).
• Familiarity with Agile and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into BI platforms.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations for KPIs and metrics.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Conduct data quality assessments and document data models and analytical methodologies.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests and provide data-driven recommendations.
