Job summary

Support Services Group in the Philippines is seeking a BI Analyst/Developer to build end-to-end BI solutions using the Microsoft data stack. You will design dashboards, automate reporting, and collaborate with Operations, QA, and Workforce Management to improve business performance.

You will work with Power BI, Fabric, SQL Server, Python, and SSIS, create ETL/ELT pipelines, optimize data models with DAX, and ensure data quality and governance while supporting decision-making with clear KPIs.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on BI or Data Analytics experience.
MS Certifications: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate.
Strong experience with Power BI, Fabric, SQL Server (T-SQL), Python, SSIS, SSRS/Report Builder.
Solid ETL/ELT, data modeling, BI architecture understanding.
Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL Server, Python, and SSIS.
Build automated ETL/ELT pipelines and integrate data from multiple sources.
Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query.
Automate reporting and data processes using Python and Microsoft tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, troubleshoot data issues, and support business decisions.
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and reporting standards.
