Job summary

Teleperformance Philippines is seeking an entry level Business Intelligence Analyst I to support data-driven decisions. On-site at our MOA site, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data to uncover insights that drive business success.

You will build databases, create dashboards, and communicate findings to stakeholders while collaborating with cross-functional teams and staying current with BI best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or Computer Science.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Excel and Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail and a keen interest in understanding business processes and industry trends.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
