Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join TP McKinley in Taguig City, Metro Manila. The role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights to drive strategic decisions and operational excellence.

You will design dashboards, run ETL processes, and partner with stakeholders across departments to translate requirements into scalable data solutions. Proficiency with Power BI/Tableau/Looker and strong SQL are essential, with Python/R being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Data Science/Math/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years as BI/Business Analyst or similar in ICT sector.
• Proficiency with BI and data viz tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
• Strong SQL and data warehousing/ETL knowledge.
• Experience with Python, R is advantageous.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GC).
• Familiarity with Agile and cross-functional teams.

About the role

Teleperformance is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team at TP McKinley in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable business insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organisation. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be at the intersection of technology and business strategy, leveraging data analytics tools and methodologies to support business objectives and identify opportunities for operational excellence. This role is integral to our data-driven culture and will directly impact how we optimise our business processes and improve customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, transform and load (ETL) data from various sources into data and business intelligence platforms
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations that provide stakeholders with clear insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns and anomalies that inform business strategy and operational improvements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data solutions
• Conduct data quality assessments and implement data governance practices to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Document data models, reporting systems and analytical methodologies for knowledge sharing and audit purposes
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging business intelligence technologies to enhance team capabilities

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role within the ICT sector
• Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar platforms
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and work with relational databases
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modelling
• Solid understanding of ETL processes and data integration methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments
• Experience with Python, R or other programming languages is advantageous
• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud is preferred
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams is a plus
