Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst I to join our Mandaluyong team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on turning raw data into actionable insights, building dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision making across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in BI or analytics, strong SQL, and experience with Tableau/Power BI. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate analyses, while maintaining data quality and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Analytics/Statistics or related field.
• 0-2 years in BI, data analysis or related analytical roles.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data.
• Solid understanding of database concepts and data warehouse principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation techniques.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Preferred experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
• Preferred familiarity with business process improvement methodologies.

About the role

As a Business Intelligence Analyst I, you will support the analysis and visualisation of business data, working closely with stakeholders to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for operational improvement. This position is pivotal in helping Teleperformance leverage data-driven insights to enhance service delivery and business performance.
