Teleperformance in Pasig City is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our data-driven team. This full-time role focuses on turning raw data into actionable insights, supporting strategic initiatives and improving client satisfaction through robust reporting.

You will build dashboards, perform ETL, and collaborate with IT and business units to translate requirements into scalable solutions. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in BI/Data Analytics and strong SQL, Python, and visualization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years as BI/Data Analyst in tech or services.
• Strong BI and data visualization experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with ETL and data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BI solutions, dashboards, and reports.
• ETL data from diverse sources ensuring quality.
