Teleperformance in Taguig City, Metro Manila, is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead BI strategy, data governance, dashboards, and client reporting. The role drives data-driven decision-making across teams, integrating data sources and overseeing BI tools and dashboards for client success.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in BI/analytics, experience with AI coding tools, and a background in call center environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in BI/analytics roles.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as OpenAI Codex or Claude Co-work/Code.
• Ability to design dashboards and reporting packages for clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization’s BI strategy to improve information presentation.
• Oversee collection and reporting of operational and financial data for quality and efficiency.
• Supervise automated reports and develop charts/graphics for client sites.
• Manage multiple data sets from proprietary software platforms.
• Review BI tools for accuracy, usage, and new needs with leadership.
• Integrate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and veracity.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting packages for clients.
