Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst I to join our Mandaluyong team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on turning raw data into actionable insights, building dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision making across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in BI or analytics, strong SQL, and experience with Tableau/Power BI. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate analyses, while maintaining data quality and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Analytics/Statistics or related field.
• 0-2 years in BI, data analysis or related analytical roles.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data.
• Solid understanding of database concepts and data warehouse principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation techniques.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Preferred experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
• Preferred familiarity with business process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using data visualisation tools to track key performance indicators and business metrics.
• Gather, clean and prepare data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns and anomalies that inform business strategy and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Support the creation of regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate findings and recommendations to management and operational teams.
• Assist in the documentation of data sources, analytical methodologies and business intelligence processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making initiatives.
• Monitor data quality and identify opportunities to improve data collection and reporting processes.
