You should be comfortable with AI tools, work independently, and have a sharp eye for spotting data discrepancies before they become problems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, ideally on Amazon and/or Walmart.
• Comfort and proficiency using AI tools to streamline research and daily tasks.
• Strong ability to spot discrepancies, bugs, and inconsistencies in data and systems.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and vendors.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and ongoing reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain existing semi-automated systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day.
• Identify, flag, and follow up on data mismatches, bugs, and errors across platforms.
• Produce clear, accurate daily reports on store operations and performance.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors, following up to keep orders and timelines on track.
• Monitor competitors, pricing trends, product listings, and relevant industry forums.
• Gather and organize data and insights to support owner decision-making.
• Handle general administrative tasks and customer follow-up.
• Manage product certification paperwork, including organic, vegan, and EWG documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and listings across Amazon and Walmart marketplaces.
