Responsibilities

• Build and manage the full client onboarding process for programs and contracts.
• Manage calendars, Zoom links, and session scheduling for group programs.
• Track client payments, flag missed payments, and follow up on balances.
• Translate ideas into structured plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Review and migrate existing systems to cleaner setups.
• Maintain lead databases, email lists, and CRM records.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate AI/automation to reduce manual work.
• Coordinate longer-term product and content projects with clear scope.
